   Nykolette Boyd is a powerful force in the media and entertainment industry. From her work as a vocalist, songwriter, manager, and media producer, to her role as President/Co-founder of Grand Archana Media Group & GAART House to her current role as COO of The Phoenix In All Inc., Nykolette brings a strong passion for storytelling and a deep commitment to empowering artists around the world. With an impressive array of experience in media production and an unmatched dedication to creating lasting positive change, Nykolette's influence and impact are sure to be felt for generations to come. 

Cesar is a Los Angeles native with a passion for lifelong learning and professional growth. After pursuing higher education as an adult, he built a successful career in technology, with over 20 years of experience in management and accounting. He’s known for his expertise in financial and operational leadership and his dedication to helping others succeed.

Beyond his professional work, Cesar has served on the board of a local nonprofit and has been involved in fundraising efforts to support charitable causes. He’s committed to making a positive impact and contributing to initiatives that benefit the community.

Fabio Assis is a remarkable individual with a passion for creating meaningful change. Born in Salvador, Bahia, Brazil, Fabio immigrated to the United States in 2001 to pursue his dream of a musical career. Combining his passion for music with an extensive background in community development, Fabio has provided invaluable support for several community projects in his hometown, while also helping to establish Jahgun Music LLC as a successful business. 

Now, as the Director of the Phoenix In All Inc., Fabio brings an inspiring blend of passion and dedication to the team, and is sure to be a driving force in creating lasting positive change. 

 Nicole Buffara, an Economist and accomplished chef with over a decade of experience, has been immersed in NGO work from a young age. Inspired by her mother's ethos that serving food to the less fortunate in the streets of Rio was akin to prayer, Nicole's journey in humanitarian efforts began at birth.

In 2018, Nicole, alongside her mother, co-founded the Institute Bees of Love, a Rio-based NGO dedicated to aiding individuals and organizations in need. However, it was a deeply personal experience in 2020 that spurred her into a new direction. Upon learning of her grandmother's Alzheimer's diagnosis, Nicole was driven to take action.

In 2022, she established The Mushroom Club, a platform aimed at researching and disseminating information on the medicinal benefits of mushrooms, particularly their impact on cognitive health. Since its inception, Nicole has wholeheartedly devoted herself to this cause, driven by her unwavering commitment to improving the lives of others.
