Programs and initiatives

  At Food Revolution LA, our mission is to fight for food justice by creating access to healthy food for everyone in the Los Angeles area. We rescue excess food that would otherwise go to waste and redistribute it to those in need. We provide hands-on education about nutrition for our youth. We work to build sustainable communities and make sure no one goes to bed hungry. Through education, advocacy and direct action, we strive to create long-term change and support those facing food insecurity.  We are working towards a future in which all people can access nutritious food and enjoy a healthy lifestyle. 

THE LION ART GALLERY is dedicated to supporting the creative community in Leimert Park by giving local artists a platform to showcase their work.

By providing a place for them to display, sell and promote their creations, we strive to build and foster meaningful relationships with the creatives in our community.

 At Sisters In Power, we embody the spirit of sisterhood and the thrill of charting new territories together. We are a community that embraces the challenges and opportunities of the unknown, empowering each other as we explore uncharted realms of business, community, wellness, and technology. Together, we will create an empowered, inspirational, and uplifting movement, enhancing our collective potential as we chart new paths towards success.  

  Despite the passing of three years, BIPOC small business owners are still feeling the effects of the pandemic. With limited access to financial resources, lack of knowledge on how to apply for financial aid, and the lack of an effective social safety net, many small business owners are struggling to keep their businesses afloat.  Though the pandemic has been raging for years, The Phoenix In All Inc has not let up in its mission to empower and uplift the BIPOC small business community. From providing resources to help small business owners apply for relief funds, to connecting them with crowdfunding and crowdsource campaigns, Helping Small Business to renegotiate their leases.

The Phoenix In All Inc is actively fighting the negative effects that the pandemic has brought.
Funds are used to pay pandemic debts such as rent, utilities and directly in a bureaucracy-free environment.

 King's Creative Spaces is a business incubator dedicated to helping professionals succeed in the creative beauty industry.  

This project provides the opportunity for creatives in the beauty industry to grow and learn in a supportive environment. 

 The incubator offers business start up space and support opportunities for beauty professionals. 

 King's Creative Spaces is now working on a project  to expand the range of services available and empower emerging professionals.
